Recently, the Saudi Rumah 2 Project, constructed by Harbin Electric International (HEI), achieved a cumulative 2.5 million safe man-hours, marking that the overall project construction maintains a safe, stable, and highly efficient momentum. HEI and the project owner company jointly held an on-site celebration to mark the achievement of 2.5 million safe man-hours.

At the event, Mr. Olivier, Project Management Director of TAQA, Mr. Ayed, CEO of RIHAB Project Company, and Mr. Zhang Shijie, Vice President of HEI, along with all construction participating units at the Rumah 2 project site, jointly witnessed this important milestone and extended their greetings to all personnel who have long been fighting on the frontline of project construction. The owner highly praised HEI's outstanding achievements in on-site HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) system construction, safety risk management and control, and construction organization and coordination, and fully affirmed the project team's professional capability and execution efficiency demonstrated under high temperatures, complex international situations, and multiple cross-construction conditions. During the event, the owner organization and the HEI Rumah 2 Project Department respectively commended and rewarded advanced individuals and HSE teams with outstanding performance in safety management, further inspiring the responsibility awareness and duty performance of all staff participating in safe production.
